Chris the Home Inspector can perform a well flow analysis (also known as well pump performance) to measure your wells flow (GPM, also known as a gallons per minute test) and pressure (PSI) over a short period of time. This type of testing helps determine if your well system is delivering an adequate water supply to your home, if repairs and or adjustments are warranted and or if you may need to find another water source for your home or business. This well flow analysis won't determine the depth or capacity of the well casing, pump or aquifer. As those areas are not visible or accessible.

Also, the wells recovery rate is not determined, since this often requires nearly draining the well and is considered an invasive procedure.
